Default Installing OE Foglights

How difficult would it be to install OE fog lamps to a 2004 Xterra that did not come with them from the factory. Is the wiring installed but not used? Are any mods needed to the lower fascia? How about the dash controls? Any ideas?

The wiring should be there. Most car manf. use the same wiring harness instead of creating two. So you should need the fog lights, the stalk and a relay in the fuse box and you'd be good to go.
